More About me and my Journey
- I began my first health food store in 1994 •
- I gained much knowledge about diet, healthy food and supplements. •
- I have worked in the natural health field for nearly 30 years •
- I am a proud mother of 3 sons and a grandma of identical twin boys •
- I love cooking and I love sweets, so I need to be very careful •
- I like to travel. I have visited 12 countries, and would like to travel more •
- I love horses, dogs, cats and birds. •
- I lost my father when I was 15 and had to leave school to support my mom. •
- I studied law while raising my young children and holding down a full time job.
- I worked graveyard shifts to allow me to look after my family during the day. •
- I emigrated to Canada to give my family a better life and started my career over again.
- I was so busy looking after others - being a mom and running a business, that I let my weight get well over 200 lb •
- I over-ate for years and was totally addicted to chocolate •
